Notice of Changes in Ci FLAVORS Representative Directors

Ci FLAVORS Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Chairman: Yusaku Horiuchi; Representative Director and President: Yoshiaki Okura; hereinafter “Company”) announces that Yusaku Horiuchi has stepped down from his position as Representative Director of both Ci FLAVORS Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, COSME COMPANY co., ltd., and will continue to contribute to strengthening our management structure and laying the foundation for future growth as a Director and Chairman of the Company and COSME COMPANY co., ltd.

Yusaku Horiuchi has jointly led the management of the Company alongside Yoshiaki Okura, Representative Director and President. One year after Okura’s appointment as President, Yusaku Horiuchi will now shift to a role that supports the Group’s long-term value creation from a more strategic and comprehensive perspective.

Yoshiaki Okura will remain in his role as Representative Director and President, executing the Company’s management strategy.

With a wealth of experience and expertise gained through his career at global corporations, Yoshiaki Okura has demonstrated strong leadership in areas such as organizational transformation, corporate management, M&A, global market development, and building relationships with international investors. Under the current management structure, he will continue to drive the Company’s growth and organizational enhancement.
