Ci FLAVORS Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and led by Representative Director & CEO Yoshiaki Okura) is delighted to announce that it has acquired all shares in dr365 Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and led by Representative Director Daishin Mikami), thereby making it a subsidiary.

Ci FLAVORS is a holding company that executes groupwide growth strategies with beauty and lifestyle brand businesses in a wide range of areas. The Ci FLAVORS family includes COSMECOMPANY CO., LTD., which has seven subsidiaries selling beauty and lifestyle brand products; She style Co., Ltd., which operates an OEM business for these products; AHRES Inc., which engages in the sales of these products at directly managed locations with a focus on department stores; ANKER CREATE CO., LTD., which supports planning and production at group companies by developing and procuring ingredients and materials on a global scale; and local corporations in the USA and China, which were established with a goal to pursue international business. Ci FLAVORS is also partnered with L Catterton Asia, which has strategic partnerships with LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE and Groupe Arnault SAS.
