Ci FLAVORS Acquires Shares in She style Co., Ltd., Making It a Subsidiary

Ci FLAVORS Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and led by Representative Director & CEO Yoshiaki Okura) is delighted to announce that it has acquired all shares in She style Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and led by Representative Director Hideto Hamazaki), thereby making it a subsidiary.

■ Background of the acquisition
Ci FLAVORS is a holding company that executes groupwide growth strategies with beauty and lifestyle brand businesses in a wide range of areas. The Ci FLAVORS family includes COSMECOMPANY CO., LTD., an operating holding company with seven subsidiaries selling beauty and lifestyle brand products focusing on drugstores and variety stores; AHRES Inc., which engages in the sales of these products at directly managed locations with a focus on department stores; ANKER CREATE CO., LTD., which supports planning and production at group companies by developing and procuring ingredients and materials on a global scale; and local corporations in the USA and China, which were established with a goal to pursue international business.
She style has supported over 150 companies to date as a cosmetics OEM that realizes what corporations want to create in line with customer needs. It achieves this by proposing winning plans based on an immense volume of information, as well as through fabless manufacturing with a high degree of freedom. Through the acquisition of shares (and the formation of a subsidiary), we aim to utilize the extensive knowledge that She style has accumulated regarding the planning and manufacturing of diverse beauty and lifestyle products. This will help Ci FLAVORS expand into a broader range of business areas and enhance its distribution channels both locally and internationally.
